Tuesday night-Got home from work around six and immediately jumped on the treadmill. It had been snowing outside since 3:30, so I was pretty bummed out that I would be stuck running inside, but I tried to make the most of it. Ran five miles alternating hills (incline at 4% or above)on the slow songs and fast (treadmill on speed 7.5 or above) on the fast songs. Run felt strong, but of course, it's always easier on the treadmill.
No runs on Monday night. It was rest day. Made homemade pizza and bread sticks with Madison and just hung out and watched Mizzou put the hurt on KU. What a great game. I had actually almost given up hope!
